We hope these guided, off-the-beaten-path expeditions will foster the same spirit of adventure we encourage in our Southeastern locations, while giving you the opportunity to explore beyond your own backyard. We have officially announced our new Adventure travel trips for you to explore new destinations, try new adventures, and experience new cultures! Our trips are small groups, offer world-class hospitality, unique lodging and the most diverse activity options for you to try!

Fridays: 3pm-7pm Saturdays: 9am-7pm Sundays: 10am-6pm. Admission and most activities are FREE! Ooh La La will feature works by local painters, leather smiths, jewelry makers, potters, up-cycled crafters, and other curious delights, all beneath the colored canopies of large market umbrellas. You will also enjoy three different musicians performing throughout the day. The one-hour yoga class will be followed by a time to gather and enjoy fresh-brewed coffee and a pastry baked inhouse in our beautiful Perspective Cafe.

All-levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat. Loose-fitting clothing is recommended. Join us for live music and entertainment, great food trucks, a makers market, an interactive kids zone, and so much more!

Bring your own kite! A limited number of kites will be available for purchase at the festival. The festival is free and open to all , including the many international kite flyers who have come from Europe, Asia, Canada, and across the United States to join the fun.

Verner Center for Early Learning is a nonprofit agency providing high quality, affordable early care and education to children birth to five years of age throughout Buncombe County. The mission of Verner Center is to foster holistic learning environments where young children and families thrive. The organization embraces a philosophy that includes excellence in early childhood practices, diversity among children and families, and partnerships and collaboration with families and communities.

This philosophy is demonstrated through provision of high quality education, family services, health and nutrition services, and professional development for teachers. You can either learn how to cook it yourself or let one of three award-winning Asheville restaurants prepare it for you with lunch or dinner.
